Privacy Notice

This notice describes how Ion Mesh Investment Review Co., Ltd. ("the desk", "we") handles personal data when you visit ionmesh.digital or send an inquiry. It is written to satisfy the notice obligations of Taiwan's 個人資料保護法 (Personal Data Protection Act, "PDPA"). The desk is the data controller for the limited processing described here.

The controller is Ion Mesh Investment Review Co., Ltd., No. 193, Sec. 1, Zhonghua Rd., Wanhua Dist., Taipei City, Taiwan. The representative (代表人) is Wei-Han Chen. What we collect and why

We collect only what you choose to send through the inquiry form on the contact page: your name, your email address, an optional phone number, a subject line, and the message text. We also record the single fact of whether you accepted or rejected the cookie banner, stored only in your own browser under the key ionmesh.digital-consent; that choice never reaches our server. The legal basis under the PDPA is your informed consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox and submit the form. The purpose is exclusively to read your question and reply to it by email.

What we do not collect

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We do not load fonts, scripts, or images from any third-party host; all assets are served from ionmesh.digital itself. There is no cookie or browser storage item set for measurement. The only item placed in your browser is the consent preference named above, and it never leaves your device.

Where inquiry data goes

When you submit the inquiry form, your message is sent as a JSON POST request to /api/inquiry, a handler on this same domain. The handler forwards the inquiry to the desk's internal mailbox so a human can read it and reply. The inquiry is not sold, shared with marketers, or passed to any advertising network. The desk does not use a third-party form service; the endpoint is operated on the same origin as this page.

Retention

Inquiry messages and the replies sent to them are retained for as long as needed to answer the question and for a short period afterwards to keep a record of the correspondence — in ordinary cases no longer than twenty-four months. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time using the contact details above.

Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request a correction or deletion of that data, and to withdraw the consent you gave when submitting the form. Withdrawing consent stops further use of your data for new replies but does not erase a reply already sent. To exercise any of these rights, write to the email address above and identify yourself by the name and email address used in the inquiry.

International transfer

The desk is based in Taipei and the inquiry handler runs on infrastructure chosen to keep the data within the same operating region. Where any element of the chain uses a provider outside Taiwan, that transfer is limited to the minimum needed to deliver an email reply and is covered by your consent under the PDPA.

Children

The desk writes for adult readers of financial filings. It does not knowingly accept inquiries from minors, and no part of the site is directed at children.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the updated text will be published at this address with the revision date shown below. Material changes that affect how your inquiry data is handled will be applied to new inquiries only.
